Terms of Use

IMPORTANT: Before exploring the features of this experimental version, please read and agree to the terms and conditions governing the use of this application. As this is an early development version, all registered data, as well as any information about granted cashback, may be arbitrarily deleted from the system at SATS Capital's sole discretion.

This User Agreement (AGREEMENT) defines the general conditions for using the resources, systems, and benefits offered by the consumption incentive and engagement service called SATSCAPITAL to eligible individuals and legal entities.

The SATSCAPITAL service is provided entirely by SATS CAPITAL LTDA. to eligible clients of the commercial partner.

• USER: individual or legal entity who, considered eligible by SATS and being legally capable, is qualified to use the resources, systems, and benefits offered by the SATSCAPITAL service;
• SATSCAPITAL PORTAL: set of resources, processes, software, systems, and their respective contents, which comprises and operationalizes the offering of SATSCAPITAL benefits. This portal is fully provided by SATS;
• COMMERCIAL PARTNER: physical and electronic commerce entity, operating in retail, wholesale, or service provision, that provides and maintains information used in publishing ads, coupons, and promotions on SATSCAPITAL;
• CASHBACK: consumption promotion and loyalty system, characterized by the return, in monetary units (Brazilian Reais - BRL) and automatic conversion to Bitcoin digital asset (BTC), under the conditions defined in this AGREEMENT;
• SATS CAPITAL LTDA.: company that provides and operates the SATSCAPITAL service, through a commercial partnership agreement with the partner network, acting as data controller under the General Data Protection Law and other applicable regulations.

This AGREEMENT defines and formalizes the general conditions for the relationship between SATS and the USER, regarding access and use of resources, systems, content, and benefits maintained and offered by the SATSCAPITAL PORTAL;

By accessing the content of the SATSCAPITAL PORTAL and using its resources, systems, and benefits, the USER manifests full and total agreement to the provisions of this AGREEMENT, declaring to have read, understood, and accepted all its conditions;

SATS reserves the right, at any time and circumstance, without prior notice, to modify and revise this AGREEMENT, partially or in its entirety;

SATS declares that it does not sell any product or service advertised on the SATSCAPITAL PORTAL, limiting itself to acting only as an electronic channel for disclosure, publication, and search of ads, offers, and discounts maintained and made available by COMMERCIAL PARTNERS and conversion of cashback into Bitcoin/Satoshi.

SATS is responsible for the conversion and provision of cashback after pre-approved payment made by the COMMERCIAL PARTNER to SATS.

Adhesion to the SATSCAPITAL service is voluntary and open to all individuals and legal entities who are legally capable of doing so, maintain a valid email address, have a valid ID, and are considered eligible by the COMMERCIAL PARTNER;

The adhesion procedure must be performed in a specific section of the SATSCAPITAL PORTAL. To allow full use of the resources and functionalities of the SATSCAPITAL service, SATS will require the USER to provide, at the appropriate time, the following registration information: full name, ID number, contact email, or company registration, company name, responsible contact, and other documents that may be requested later.

The USER is solely responsible for maintaining and using their registration and adhesion data, committing to keep such information secure, updated, and accurate.

During the activities of displaying ads, coupons, discounts, among others, the SATSCAPITAL service, as a way to promote consumption and loyalty of products and services offered by COMMERCIAL PARTNERS within the SATSCAPITAL PORTAL, will allow the USER to accumulate CASHBACK, as well as other possible complementary advantages, when acquiring goods or services linked to COMMERCIAL PARTNERS;

Processing deadlines, cashback expiration, application rules, exceptions, and applicable CASHBACK percentages may vary between different COMMERCIAL PARTNERS, as well as between product and service categories;

ATTENTION: THE CURRENT EXPERIMENTAL VERSION OF THE SATS CAPITAL SYSTEM DOES NOT YET ALLOW THE REDEMPTION OF SATOSHIS (BITCOIN) OBTAINED THROUGH CASHBACK.

For dispute resolution and auditing purposes, the USER commits to preserve, for a minimum period of 120 (one hundred and twenty) days, all receipts generated from commercial transactions promoted by the PLATFORM.

SATS commits to making maximum effort to keep its systems available, secure, and functional, to properly track consumption operations, apply and maintain CASHBACK and other specific advantages, process benefit redemptions, and strive to maintain system and information security.

Despite this, SATS cannot be held responsible for any damages, hacker attacks, possible vulnerability exploitation, eventual losses or information leakage about users or provided cashback, losses or breach of obligations caused by force majeure events.
